For licensed practitioners
A tabletop TECAR unit built to Dr. Ouyang's specification. It has two handpieces, a return plate and a touchscreen with preset programs for each area of the body. Every clinic that buys it completes OYATEC certification first.

- 01CET handpiece
- 02Touchscreen
- 03RET handpiece
- 04Return plate

The system sends a radio-frequency current from a handpiece through the patient to a return plate. The tissue in between warms from the inside. You choose the depth with the handpiece and the dose with the heat level and power.
It is built for a busy treatment room. It sits on a cart or countertop, runs from a standard outlet and is ready a few minutes after you switch it on. Any certified practitioner on your staff can pick a preset and start.

Capacitive. For muscle and soft tissue.
CET handpiece
The CET head is insulated, so the current gathers in watery, well-supplied tissue such as muscle and the layers under the skin. Use it for muscle tightness, trigger points, swelling and the first part of most sessions.
It comes with interchangeable heads in more than one size, for small areas like the elbow and large ones like the back.
The CET head puts the heat in muscle and the soft layers under the skin. The RET head sends it deeper, into tendon, ligament and the tissue around bone. Each can run at one of three heat levels.
- L1
Athermic
No warmth
Fresh injuries, swelling and bruising
- L2
Mild thermal
Gentle warmth
Increasing blood flow and easing tight muscle
- L3
Deep thermal
Strong warmth
Chronic pain, stiffness and scar tissue
In manual mode you set the power yourself, guided by the patient's rating of the heat from 0 to 10.

The herbal gel

TECAR needs a conductive medium between the head and the skin. Most clinics use a plain gel. OYATEC clinics use Dr. Ouyang's own formula, a water-based gel with extracts of herbs used in Chinese medicine for sore muscles and joints.
He developed it for his own patients in Friendswood and used it with TECAR for years before OYATEC began. It carries the current evenly, lets the head glide without dragging, and wipes off cleanly. Every certified clinic uses it in every session.
Certified clinics reorder online or by emailing clinics@oyatec.com. Orders ship within two business days.
