TECAR deep-heat treatment

TECAR warms sore muscles, tendons and joints from the inside. Certified clinics use it for back, neck, knee and shoulder pain and for sports injuries. A session takes about 30 minutes.

What clinics treat with TECAR

OYATEC clinics use TECAR most for back, neck, knee and shoulder pain, sports injuries and arthritis. They also treat people recovering from car accidents and strokes.

The usual choices

Most pain care comes down to pills, injections or waiting

Pain pills dull the ache for a few hours, and many people don't want to take them for months. Injections and surgery help some people, but they carry risks and take time to recover from. Waiting it out can mean weeks of poor sleep and missed work.

TECAR gives you another choice. It treats the sore tissue directly with warmth, and you can have it alongside the care you already get.

How it works

Three things happen in a TECAR session

A certified practitioner does all of this in one visit of about 30 minutes.

For practitioners

Add TECAR to your practice

We sell the OYATEC TECAR system only to licensed acupuncturists, physical therapists, chiropractors and massage therapists. You complete a 10-hour certification course first.

We supply the device and the herbal gel, and we list your clinic on our map, so patients searching in your area can find you.

Founder and clinical lead

Some of my patients didn't want to take pills, and some were afraid of needles. TECAR gave me a way to help both.
